Trader Applications

Thank you for visiting this page and for taking an interest in trading at Bingley Music Live 2017.

We are seeking to make this area vibrant and full of atmosphere, an attraction that festival goers wish to visit and at which they may wish to part with their hard earned cash.

We can accommodate 18, 3m x 3m pitches. In the interest of giving something back to community we will look initially to recruit non-food traders from the local area, starting with traders that have a BD postcode, and then widening our search to the Yorkshire area.

The catering at BML is let via a contract arrangement. Please note: BML do not accept individual applications for catering at the festival.

Prices for a 3m x 3m pitch (you can have more than one pitch) range from £200 for the weekend dependent on pitch location and will simply be an area marked out on the ground, in which you will supply your own shelter, tables and chairs etc. Extra depth for your stall can be negotiated, but is limited in places.

Extra items can be provided at an additional cost as follows:
• Electrical Supply (double 13amp socket) – Price £30
• 3m x 3m Pop up shelter (including side walls) – £30
• Trestle tables – £8 each
• Chairs – £5 each

Traders will be selected based initially upon their proximity to Bingley, and subsequently we will aim to achieve a good mix of traders and variety of products on offer.

The closing date for applications is Friday 30th June 2017.
